From air to water cooling. The right solution for every laser power.

Low-power lasers: Air cooling for simple applications.

For compact laser systems with low power, air cooling is often sufficient to efficiently dissipate the waste heat generated. Our air-cooled systems are particularly space-saving, low-maintenance and cost-efficient. Ideal for applications that require simple but reliable cooling.

Medium power: Water cooling with cooling plates or direct connection.

Medium-power lasers require liquid-based cooling to ensure even temperature distribution. Our systems can be connected to cooling plates or directly to the laser head. With constant volume flow and stable temperature control. This ensures reliable heat dissipation even during long operating times.

High-power lasers: Closed cooling circuits with precise control.

For high-performance lasers with outputs of up to 40 kW, we offer closed, high-precision cooling systems that are individually tailored to the requirements of the application. Our systems deliver the cooling medium at a constant temperature, with a defined flow rate and high water quality even under demanding environmental conditions.

Laser source.

The laser source is the heart of every laser application and extremely sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Our cooling systems ensure a stable operating temperature, which guarantees consistently high beam quality and output power. Thanks to intelligent control technology and application-specific design, heat is reliably dissipated.

Optics / fibre connector.

Optics and fibre connectors are particularly susceptible to thermal stress. Even slight temperature fluctuations can negatively affect beam guidance and focusing. Our cooling solutions offer precise temperature control to ensure long-term optical integrity and efficiency. The cooling circuits are designed to reliably dissipate even the smallest heat loads.

Drives (x/y axis).

The drive units of the x/y axes are responsible for the precise positioning of the laser beam. Overheating can lead to delays, inaccuracies or even failures. Our cooling systems ensure even temperature distribution and prevent thermal expansion that could impair the mechanics. Performance remains constant even under high dynamics and continuous load.
